In November of 2020, I purchased a flame blue Toyota RAV4. I fell in love with it. The moment I saw it. It was pre-owned, and had low miles. During these 6 years that I had my car. Many people, including Toyota tried to purchase it from me. The first 12 months that I had the car, it was involved in three incidents. Incidents. The first incident was an apartment gate that hit one of my doors. The second incident was a hit and run from behind just 2 days after I had it repaired from the first incident. Approaching the 1-year anniversary, I was enjoying music and ran into someone. All three times. They were repaired very well and I was pleased. But on February 7th 2026, I, daughter of age 12 and my granddaughter of age 4 were involved in a HORRIFIC accident. A young lady fell to yield and she hit a Toyota Tundra, the Tundra hit a Subaru Forester, and the Forester hit me and knocked me and my little ones over our bridge and 7 ft down into a bayou. We tumbled for what seemed like an eternity. When the car finally stopped, I realized we were on all four wheels. I managed to get out of the car and get the little ones out. Though our injuries were not life-threatening, Thank God, we did endure cuts and bruises, glass fragments here and there, horrible coughs from the airbag dust. Airbags that protected our heads from going through the windows. My Toyota saved our lives. I just want to say thank you for building a dependable and durable vehicle.
