First, the window tanned screens was applied improperly, I did it bring it back but it still not right, many annoying bubbles still showing….need to have at lease two seperate trips only for this…other than that I had an incredible experience purchasing my SIENNA XLE from Don McGill Toyota Houston, and I owe a huge thank you to Effie Chen! Her expertise and knowledge about the Tundra were impressive, and she answered all my questions with patience. I am a service advisor next-door at Porsche West Houston and I have to say my experience purchasing my new 2024 Tundra with Rana in sales and Fernando in finance was far beyond my expectations. Their professionalism, patience and attentiveness is something that cannot be taught. I know as well as anyone that buying a car is stressful but I was in and out on a busy Saturday with a trade in and I drove off with my new truck same day. Jadon Sweet (Sales rep), Dorie (Sales floor manager) and Tu du (Sales rep) created a very relax environment for an adult with Autism. There was so much information, but the way it was explained, and the patience to over-repeat the info for me without getting aggitated allowed me to never get overstimulated. During the breakdown of my trade-in and purchace of my Highlander XLE I was freezing, Dorie ensured I was warm never questioned me, even tho it was probably over 90° she provided me with her jacket. In finance, he was great, I did get overstimulated, but he allowed me time to walk away and when I returned he adjusted delivery for me and even printed out the info for me to read and gave me a jumpdrive. Extremely great experience and terrific customer service! Amazing car buying experience! Shopped around 3 different dealers, but Don McGill for the win!! Thanks for my Toyota Highlander XLE, I'm in love!

The service was still very quick even with no appointment. SA was attentive to tire condition and skid plate. Took steps to ensure my oil selection will remain consistent across service visits. Provided me with my service history reports.

Bought a car from don mcgill today from Jacobo, great experience! He made the process quick and easy and he made sure I was well taken care of. Listened to my concerns and very understanding. Went in looking for a specific car and got that and more. Fernando, the finance manager, also made everything quick. He explained everything thoroughly. Great communication from both these guys. 10/10 recommend speaking with both of them if thinking about getting a car. Will definitely use them on future visits.
