I was in awe after the experience I had at Don McGill upon purchasing a vehicle from them. When I first got there I was lost and a little on the defensive side. However, that ended quick when I ran into a salesperson by the name of Ishtiaq A. Rana. He made me feel comfortable from start to finish and was there for me every step of the way. And it didn't stop there for then I began talking to the Sales Manager(Marcus) whom made me feel even more so like family. We laughed, talk and negotiated in a way beyond professionalism but like family. They made me feel like family and did what all they could do to get me in my new car and driving away happy and confident of the choice I made in my purchase. That's an experience that can't help but be with a person for the rest of their life.
