Mr. Enrique Torres took the time to review the work order with me before I signed, including removing items that had already been covered at an earlier visit. That level of transparency I can always appreciate. He also explained the battery replacement and pricing clearly, and helped answer my questions about the billing. I had a terrible experience at Toyota of Katy the day before I stepped into this location. The atmosphere was a lot more relaxed although I still had a swarm of salesmen flock around my car as I pulled into the parking lot. I managed to dodge them and inside I ran into Diego. He was calm, collected and listened to my needs and was able to locate the exact vehicle I was looking for. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a non pushy associate who makes purchasing a car a more pleasant experience. Docking one star as there seemed to be lack of communication between the sales and finance department.

I had an incredible experience at this location. I really wanted to trade my 25 Camry for a truck and Ali and Alyssa worked extremely hard to seal the deal. They were relentless in a healthy way on making sure I got all the benefits I wanted for the monthly payment I felt was worth it. Alyssa....that girl got me a great interest rate. She was so personable and nice. Both of them really worked together and showed they really cared about what I wanted and needed. Oh I cant forget about Marcus. He was amazing as well. Very hospitable. Always checking on me to make sure I was good in the waiting area. This dealership just had amazing vibes all around. I'm moving to Katy soon but i will drive the extra miles just to have my new truck serviced here all because of how they treated and handled me. They truly left an exceptional impression on us. Toyota is one of the far best cars. I thought I was not going to have luck on getting a car but at Don McGill Toyota Chris and Lesley did not give up on us.
