Top notch service provided by an excellent team. The experience was different in that the salesmen worked as a team. WeI initially hadn’t found the Toyota we were looking for & was about yi leave when the guts asked that we hold on & that they’d make our trip to the dealership worthwhile. They introduced another Camry that was to the exact specifications I wanted. I can’t say enough about Jason, Marcus, Mark James and Mr Kenny Brown for their patience and a willingness to experience “another satisfied customer”. I just wanted to take a minute to rate my experience at Don McGill Toyota over the past 4 years. As you can see I gave it 5 Stars. There was ALWAYS a very smooth process from beginning to end every time I’ve went. More specifically I would like give high praise to my salesman, John Handy. Not only is he genuine, but also a true professional. His 13 years of knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that encountered at other dealerships in the past before discovering Don McGill Toyota. His approach is quite relaxed and there has never been pressure from him at all so we’re always able to make a good deal like I have the 3 times I’ve been to this dealership. So thank you John! Finally, this would not have been possible without the help of Finance Manager Alyssa May. Thank you for your patience and for wrapping the deal up.

Kudos to Assistant Service Manager Roman. His customer service was excellent—thorough, efficient, and genuinely attentive. The mechanics identified an issue with my battery during the service, coordinated with Roman, and resolved it quickly. Because the battery was only a year old, they handled everything at no additional cost to me. The entire process was smooth, and the waiting time was very reasonable.
