We had a fantastic experience at Don McGill Toyota where I purchased my new car. Our salesman, Jamie Smith, was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all our questions. What I didn’t expect was Jamie’s kindness and determination to make every detail about my car a perfect experience. There was a small issue with the car that I was concerned about and Jamie handled the problem immediately and put my mind at ease. Jamie was easy to talk to with NO high pressure sales pitch at all. His easy going nature and smile made purchasing a car a fun experience. Jamie ~ you rock!

Kennya, Dorie, Andre, and Victor are amazing! We are extremely pleased with our new vehicle and our overall experience at Don McGill Toyota. My wife and I visited Don McGill with our three kids this past weekend, and the entire team went above and beyond to accommodate our restless crew. Kennya was our primary contact and an absolute pleasure to work with. She was wonderful with our kids and even joined them in the back row during the test drive so my wife and I could focus on the vehicle. Her customer service is second to none—she truly listens to what her customers want. My wife mentioned that she liked a specific shade of blue, and I took that to mean any shade…or another color if the price was right. Kennya immediately understood the importance of the color to my wife (and the price to me) and worked diligently with her team to locate a vehicle that met all our specifications at a very competitive price. She is patient, knowledgeable, and a true asset to the dealership. Dorie is awesome! Her firsthand experience with some of the vehicle's features and overall durability was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. We also appreciated her keeping an eye on our restless crew while my wife and I worked through details and finalized the purchase. Dorie was also helpful with pricing for both the vehicle and a few extras we wanted. Andre was also great to work with. He understood our desire for specific features while staying within our price range and worked his magic to secure a fantastic deal. I didn’t expect to come anywhere near our budget with the options we wanted, but Andre somehow made it happen. Victor was equally great! We very much enjoyed working with him and his mentee throughout the process. Overall, it was a truly great experience, and we highly recommend Don McGill Toyota.
