I wanted to edit my review from one star to four, after having some recall work done at this place. I still struggle with getting through to someone, but I have to admit that once you actually engage with the business, the experience is much different.
I had a recall that needed to be addressed so I forced to take it to the closest dealer, which happened to be this one. From the moment I walked into door to the moment I picked up my vehicle, I was blown away by the level of customer service that they provided. Karla, one of the assistant managers, captured my info very efficiently, and then even offered me a courtesy ride home when she found out I was going to call my own Uber.
My appointment was at 8am and they called me by 11am to let me know the work was completed. When I picked up my car, I found that they had also done a full inspection of the car, despite not meeting the initally 3k miles threshold for my service schedule. They topped off fluids and even checked and adjusted the tire pressure. I would use them again and will be recommending them to my Toyota-owning friends in the future.
Th only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars today is because I still struggled to reach someone when first setting up my appointment. But once you can get in there, it's 5 star service all the way.

I just bought a 2025 Toyota Landcruiser from out of state and wanted to make this location my go-to for service, since it’s just a few minutes from my home.
Ive been calling this place for two weeks, leaving my name and number twice with the service department and not getting any returned called after two weeks.
Even though I felt this didn’t bode well for future interactions, I wanted to give them one more chance. An opportunity to win my business. For the past two days I’ve been calling them and no one even picks up the phone. I called and finally got through to an employee today, and asked for a Service Manager or an Operation Manager and was put on hold for several minutes until I was routed to a generic voicemail. I suppose they’re doing so well they don’t need new business, but I’ll be driving farther to Sterling, who answered my call and gave me an estimate on the add-ons I wanted right away.
