I just want to thank your sales associate, UK, for being especially helpful to me in learning how to use the high tech features in my new Rav 4. He explained everything on the day he delivered the car and then twice more, patiently, when I returned to the dealership with follow-up questions. Service was done pretty quickly - waiting area was comfortable and had clean restrooms. Always have my car serviced here. The Uber shuttle to take me home while car was being serviced was fantastic.
