I made an appointment for car maintenance with a random person online earlier this month. Went in for service but that person could not take me, but it was for the best because I was then assisted by Nathan Mendoza. Since then, Nathan has been my go-to guy. He has been attentive, diligent, and exceptional. I told him I was going on a road trip and he checked on my tires right then and there and then advised and showed me why I needed new tires. He then spent so much time answering my questions and working with me before I decided what I wanted to do. He invested so much time, effort, and patience, which I truly appreciate. Upon my road trip, my new tires would caused my car to rattle after reaching a certain speed. I communicated this with him, and he promptly answered me and told me to come in when I could so he could addressed the issue for me. Nathan has been great from start to finish and has helped me with through any raised issues. I really recommend him to the point that I have my mom going to him now. This dealership needs to recognize great people like Nathan because there is not many people like him. Individuals like Nathan gives people like me peace of mind that we no longer have to dread coming in for routine maintenance.
