Upon coming to Don McGill Toyota after speaking with Celene Diaz (Customer Relations Manager) for a couple months and after multiple hesitations she assured us that everything was going to be fine and encouraged us to give the team an opportunity. She then introduced us to a sales rep (Jose Martinez), a friendly and knowledgeable sales consultant who went above and beyond by finding a car for my parent's friends liked and even sending pictures to assures before we arrived on the lot at Don McGill Toyota. Upon arriving we greeted them, Jose took the time to explained the differences between the RAV4 gas model and RAV4 hybrid models and find the one that suites their needs. After reviewing the features and pricing, we entered the negotiations. Things were tough, and we nearly walked away but the manager (Jamarion Taylor) stepped in and worked with us to find a fair deal. Once everything was settled, we moved into finance, where we were greeted by (Fernando Meza) who clearly explained the service packages and made the process smoothly. (Jose Martinez) finished the experience by helping my parent's friend setting up the vehicle and adding a bow on top - literally- which made the delivery feel special and memorable.
