I had a great experience working with AJ McGary. He was very knowledgeable on all their models/trims/etc. He answered all questions honestly and was east to work with while providing great communication. I ended up purchasing the '25 Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Limited, and when the time comes to replace my other vehicle ('20 Tundra) I will be back to work with him again.
