Don McGill Toyota, what can I say!! Great customer service especially from my 2 favorite salesman, Fernando and Adolpho. One great team including Rommel in finance..My biggest shout out goes to Eli, the sales manager who rescued me from a manager who went against my request to a 100% customer service manager..I will definitely return to this dealership and refer friends..also on service, they offer free oil changes and tire rotation on used cars as long as u come to their dealership to get it, why wouldn't you unless you live in Timbuktu..great overall experience!! Here we are 2 years later, I've been coming in for my free oil change and tire rotation. Today, 10/24/25 I came for a tire rotation and while standing in line to be waited on, the service rep,JP tried to take a customer that came in behind me first. I told him that I was next and he responded that usually people in line wait a few footsteps down and then I said I'M NEXT and he acted like he didn't believe me and looked at the other customer as if to get his permission to let me go first. I told him that I didn't appreciate what he did, he apologized but I still didn't like it. Had he been there to see who came in first then he would've known. JP if you're in customer service, even though they say the customer is always right which I don't always agree with but today I WAS RIGHT, so don't mistreat a customer again!
